The Operations Hub is a fractional project management partner for organisations of every size. We take on the projects that are late, stalled or never got off the ground, and get them delivered. You get senior project leadership for as long as the project needs it, without a full-time hire.
Our Story
We started The Operations Hub because we kept seeing the same thing. Good projects, ones everyone agreed mattered, were drifting. Go-live dates slipped, kickoffs were pushed back, and important changes sat on the wishlist for months.
It was rarely a lack of ability or care. The people who could fix it were busy running the day job, and nobody had the time to own the whole picture. Hiring someone full-time for one piece of work rarely made sense, but the need for senior ownership and follow-through was real. So we built a way to provide exactly that, on a fractional basis.

I'm a fractional project manager and the founder of The Operations Hub. I step in when a project is late, stuck or never got started, and I stay until it lands.
I've spent over 20 years leading projects and operations in corporate and not-for-profit organisations. Along the way I've seen how often good projects drift. It's rarely because people don't care. It's because everyone is busy running the day job, nobody owns the whole picture, and decisions wait for a meeting that keeps getting moved.
That's the gap I fill. I bring senior ownership, a realistic plan and steady follow-through, without the cost of a full-time hire.
